How to Store Whole Wheat Bread
The bread can be stored in a paper bag or, even better, a cloth bag. It can also be frozen whole or in single portions in suitable freezing bags.
The dough can also be frozen, but after the strengthening folds. You can use it later, after letting it rise.
As an alternative to sourdough starter, you can use 5 g of fresh brewer’s yeast; the rising can be done in the same way.
