Ingredients

  • 2 eggs (large)
  • 6 oz Nutella

Preparation of the 2-Ingredient Nutella Soufflés

  • Separate the yolks from the whites.
Beat the whites until they form stiff peaks (but not too stiff to avoid deflating the soufflé).

  • In another bowl, mix the Nutella with the yolks using an electric mixer until smooth.
Gradually fold in the beaten egg whites with a spatula.

  • Pour the mixture into buttered ramekins, filling them about half an inch from the top.
Bake the soufflés in a preheated fan oven at 340°F for 17/18 minutes.
Serve your Nutella soufflés immediately, while hot.

Notes

As they cool, the soufflés deflate, but their taste remains just as irresistible and delicious.
