- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup milk
- 7/16 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Preparation of 5-Minute Vanilla and Chocolate Cake
Preheat the oven to 350°F in static mode.
In a bowl, whisk together the liquid ingredients: eggs, water, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
In another bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder and make a well in the center.Gradually pour the liquid ingredients into the well, stirring constantly with a whisk to prevent lumps, until fully incorporated and a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add the chocolate chips.Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 9.5-inch diameter cake pan.
Bake in the now hot oven for thirty-five minutes, then perform the toothpick test to check for doneness: it should come out dry when inserted into the cake, if not, extend the baking time a bit longer (until it does).Let your 5-minute vanilla and chocolate cake cool completely in the pan before transferring it to a serving plate or tray and finish it as desired with a dusting of powdered sugar.
