Air Fryer Cutlets

The air fryer cutlets are a tasty meat main course, easy and quick to prepare.

The air fryer cooking makes the chicken cutlets dry and crispy, very light since very little oil is used, perfect for everyday lunch or dinner for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices chicken breast
  • 1 egg
  • flour
  • breadcrumbs
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparation of Air Fryer Cutlets

  • Place some flour on a plate and the breadcrumbs on another plate.
    In a shallow dish, beat the egg with a pinch of salt.

  • Dip the chicken breast slices first in the flour, covering all sides, then in the beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
    Then brush the prepared cutlets with a little extra virgin olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket.

  • Cook at 392°F (200°C) preheated for about ten minutes, turning them halfway, until the desired level of browning.
    Remove and serve immediately, hot, your delicious, crispy, and dry chicken cutlets.
