Air fryer friggitelli are a tasty appetizer or side dish, easy to make and irresistible.
Friggitelli are small, elongated green peppers typical of the southern regions of Italy, especially popular in Campania, with a sweet and delicate flavor. The name comes from their most common use in cooking, which is for frying, but air frying allows for a great and delicious result without the smell of frying and in very little time, with just a few simple steps.
Read how to make air fryer friggitelli with the simple and easy recipe below, as usual, right after the photo 😉

Ingredients
- 14 oz friggitelli peppers
- 2 cloves garlic
- extra virgin olive oil (preferably spray)
- salt
Preparation of Air Fryer Friggitelli
Wash the peppers, dry them well with a clean cloth, and prick them with a toothpick (so they don’t puff up and burst during cooking).
Place them in the air fryer basket, add the peeled garlic cloves, a pinch of salt, and spray with some oil.
Cook them at 392°F for six minutes, turn them over and cook for another six minutes at the same temperature.
Transfer them to a plate, let them cool slightly, and serve your air fryer friggitelli.
