Ingredients
- 2 fennels
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Air Fryer Gratin Fennels
Clean the fennels by removing the cores and wash them under running water.
Dry them and cut them into thin wedges.
Gather them in a bowl and season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt.Mix well, then add the breadcrumbs and grated cheese and mix again so that the breading sticks to the fennel wedges.
Line the bottom of the air fryer basket with a sheet of parchment paper and arrange the fennels, trying to overlap them as little as possible.
Spray the surface with a little more oil and then cook at 392°F for ten minutes.
Serve your air fryer gratin fennels immediately, piping hot.
