Ingredients
- 10 tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons grana cheese (grated)
- 1 clove garlic
- parsley
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Air Fryer Gratin Tomatoes
Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
Remove the seeds, salt them, and place them upside down on a cutting board.In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and grated cheese, minced garlic clove, a pinch of salt, and three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Stir thoroughly.
Stuff the tomatoes with the prepared mixture, pressing it well, and place them in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
Cook them at 400°F for ten minutes.
