Air Fryer Gratinated Zucchini

Air fryer gratinated zucchini are a tasty vegetable side dish that is quick and easy to prepare.

Light and delicious, crunchy and irresistible, perfect to accompany any type of main course, whether meat, fish, or cheese. They are very simple to make, with few ingredients and in a few minutes, and are also delicious cold.

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini
  • grated cheese
  • breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove garlic
  • parsley
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparing Air Fryer Gratinated Zucchini

  • Wash the zucchini, trim them and slice them thinly.
    Gather them in a bowl.
    Peel the garlic and chop it into pieces.
    Chop a bunch of parsley.

  • Add the garlic and parsley to the zucchini, salt them, and mix.
    Add a couple of generous tablespoons of grated cheese and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, then mix thoroughly.
    Cover the air fryer basket with a sheet of parchment paper and distribute the zucchini on it.

  • Sprinkle them with a bit of breadcrumbs and spray them with a little oil.
    Cook at 356°F for about twelve minutes, until golden.
    Let them cool slightly and serve your air fryer gratinated zucchini.
