Ingredients for air fryer muffins
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/8 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 tbsp milk
- 3 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp baking powder (5 g)
- vanilla extract (a few drops)
Preparation of air fryer muffins
Beat the egg with the sugar using electric beaters.
Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract slowly while continuing to beat, then add the flour and baking powder.Once you have a homogeneous mixture, distribute it in paper muffin cups.
Preheat the air fryer to 338°F for a few minutes.Place the cups in the fryer basket and cook them for twelve minutes.
Let cool and serve your soft air fryer treats.
