Air Fryer Pork Roast

The air fryer pork roast is a tasty main course, easy and quick to prepare.

Cooking in an air fryer allows for a significant reduction in cooking time and oil, resulting in a perfect roast, crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside thanks to a few small tricks.

Ingredients

  • 1.1 lbs pork loin
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparing the Air Fryer Pork Roast

  • Tie the pork loin with a roast net or kitchen string, placing rosemary sprigs between the string and the meat.
    Massage the meat with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt.
    Place it in a baking pan suitable for your air fryer along with a crushed garlic clove.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 392°F and once it’s hot, add the pan. Let it cook for ten minutes, turning the roast halfway through for even cooking.

  • After this time, drizzle with white wine, lower the air fryer temperature to 356°F, and let it cook for another twenty-five minutes, turning occasionally.
    At the end of cooking, remove the roast and wrap it with a sheet of aluminum foil.
    Let it cool for fifteen minutes, then unwrap it and serve your air fryer pork roast sliced.
