Ingredients
- 2.2 lbs pumpkin
- rosemary
- sage
- 1 clove garlic
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Air Fryer Pumpkin
Wash the pumpkin and clean it by removing the seeds and filaments.
Cut it into slices and place them in a bowl.Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, chopped rosemary and sage, finely chopped garlic clove, and mix thoroughly.
Arrange the pumpkin slices on the air fryer basket without overlapping them.Cook at 356°F for twenty minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
Let them cool slightly and serve your air fryer pumpkin.
