Ingredients
- 12 zucchini flowers
- 7 oz ricotta
- 1.75 oz speck
- 3/4 cup beer (cold, or cold sparkling water)
- spray oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparing the Air Fryer Stuffed Zucchini Flowers
Wash the zucchini flowers, dry them, and gently remove the pistil.
Chop the speck and place it in a bowl with the ricotta, salt, and pepper, then mix thoroughly.
Put the mixture into a piping bag with a wide nozzle and distribute it into the zucchini flowers.Prepare the batter: pour the flour into a bowl, mix it with a pinch of salt, and make a well in the center.
Gradually pour in the cold beer, mixing with a whisk until you obtain a smooth, homogeneous mixture without lumps.
Dip the zucchini flowers into the batter and place them in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper without overlapping.Spray the surface with a little oil and cook them at 392°F for fifteen minutes.
Serve your air fryer stuffed zucchini flowers immediately, piping hot.
