Arugula and mozzarella pasta is a tasty summer main dish, easy and quick to prepare.
It is not cold pasta, but a pasta dish with no-cook dressing, tasty and inviting, with few simple ingredients and lots of flavor, perfect for lunch or dinner, alone or with friends.

Ingredients
- 11 oz pasta
- 7 oz mozzarella
- 9 oz cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch arugula
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Arugula and Mozzarella Pasta
Bring a pot of water to the boil for cooking the pasta.
In the meantime, drain the mozzarella from its preserving liquid and cut it into pieces, placing it in a colander.Wash the arugula, dry it, and place it in a bowl.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.Cook the pasta al dente, salting according to your taste, drain it, and add it to the arugula.
Add the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, a little extra virgin olive oil, and mix thoroughly before serving your arugula and mozzarella pasta.
