Ingredients
- 17.6 oz broccoli
- 11.3 oz pasta
- 2.8 oz smoked bacon (diced)
- 3.5 oz smoked scamorza
- 1 cup béchamel sauce
- grana (grated)
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of baked pasta with broccoli
Clean the broccoli by removing the tough parts and extracting the florets, then wash well under running water.
Place a large pot full of water on the stove.
While waiting for it to boil, sauté the diced bacon in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and set aside.Cut the smoked scamorza into cubes.
When the water boils, add the broccoli florets to the pot and cook for a minute, then add the pasta, salt, and cook everything together for a few minutes less than the cooking time indicated on the pasta package.
Drain the pasta with broccoli and place it in a bowl.Add the bacon, scamorza, and béchamel sauce, mix thoroughly, and transfer everything into a baking dish.
Level it, sprinkle with a little grated grana, and bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 392°F for 15 minutes.
Take out of the oven and serve immediately, very hot, your baked pasta with broccoli.
