Baked Pasta with Mushrooms and Sausage

Ingredients

  • 12.3 oz pasta
  • 8.8 oz mushrooms
  • 7 oz sausage
  • 7 oz mozzarella
  • 8.8 oz béchamel
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Parmesan (grated)
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparation of Baked Pasta with Mushrooms and Sausage

  • Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and cut them into pieces.
    Remove the casing from the sausage and crumble it.
    Cut the mozzarella into pieces.
    Peel the garlic clove.

  • Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and brown the garlic in it, then add the crumbled sausage and let it brown on all sides.
    Add the mushrooms and cook for about fifteen minutes.
    Turn off the heat, remove the garlic, and add the béchamel, mixing thoroughly.

  • Cook the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water for a couple of minutes less than indicated on the pasta package.
    Drain it and mix it with the prepared sauce along with the mozzarella pieces.
    Put everything in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, and bake at 392°F in static mode for fifteen minutes.
    Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve your baked pasta with mushrooms and sausage.
