Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta
- 2 cups peas
- 3 zucchini
- Half onion
- 2 cups béchamel sauce
- 1 cup grana cheese (grated)
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of baked pasta with zucchini and peas
Bring a pot of water to the boil for the pasta.
Chop the onion.
In a large pan heat a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until golden.Add the peas and 1/2 cup of water and let cook for ten minutes.
Meanwhile wash the zucchini, trim them and slice them thinly.
After the ten minutes of cooking the peas, add the zucchini to the pan, stir, cover with a lid and let cook for another ten minutes over low heat, seasoning with salt at the end of cooking.Cook the pasta in the boiling salted water for a few minutes less than the cooking time indicated on the package.
Drain it, add it to the vegetables together with the béchamel and half of the grated grana cheese and mix thoroughly.Transfer everything to a large baking dish, level and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated conventional oven at 356°F for about twenty minutes, or until the desired level of browning is reached.
Remove from the oven and serve your baked pasta with zucchini and peas.
