Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs pork slices (thinly sliced)
- 0.42 cup beer
- 2.8 tbsp butter
- flour
- salt
- pink peppercorns
Preparation of Beer Marinated Pork Slices
Place some flour on a plate and coat the meat slices on all sides, gently patting them to remove any excess.
Melt the butter in a large non-stick pan.
Then add the meat, without overlapping, and let it cook for a few minutes on each side.When the meat is cooked, deglaze with the beer, let it evaporate, adjust with salt and finish with pink peppercorns before serving your beer marinated pork slices.
