Breaded Cauliflower in Air Fryer

Breaded cauliflower in the air fryer is a tasty vegetable appetizer or side dish, easy and quick to make.

Healthy and light, without oil thanks to air fryer cooking, simple and quick to prepare, it’s crunchy and full of flavor, and it’s perfect as an appetizer, to accompany an aperitif, or as a side dish to meat or fish dishes, even to get children to eat vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • flour
  • breadcrumbs
  • sweet paprika
  • salt

Preparation of Breaded Cauliflower in Air Fryer

  • Wash the cauliflower and divide it into florets, removing the toughest stems.
    Beat the eggs in a small bowl with a pinch of salt and a bit of sweet paprika.

  • Place some flour on a plate and some breadcrumbs on another.
    Coat the cauliflower florets in the flour, covering all sides, then in the beaten eggs, and finally cover them with breadcrumbs.

  • Place them in the basket of the air fryer without overlapping.
    Cook at 356°F (180°C) for fifteen minutes.
    Serve your breaded cauliflower florets in the air fryer immediately while hot.
