Ingredients for Bream Fillets in Zucchini Crust
- 4 fillets bream
- 2 zucchini
- 1.41 oz Parmesan (grated)
- 1.06 oz breadcrumbs
- 1 clove garlic
- parsley
- extra virgin olive oil
Preparation of Bream Fillets in Zucchini Crust
Wash the zucchini, trim them, and grate them with a large-holed grater, collecting everything in a bowl.
Add the breadcrumbs, grated cheese, chopped garlic, and a little chopped parsley, and mix thoroughly.Slowly add some extra virgin olive oil, still mixing, until you get a thick and ‘sticky’ mixture.
Brush a little extra virgin olive oil on the skin of the bream fillets and place them with the oiled skin side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.Spread the prepared mixture onto the bream, compacting it with your hands to make it adhere.
Bake in a preheated oven in static mode at 392°F for about half an hour, switching to grill mode in the last minutes of cooking, until the surface of the fish is golden.
Remove from the oven and serve your bream fillets hot.

Can I skip the garlic?
If it’s not to your taste, certainly.
