Filled with a delicate cheese mousse and arugula leaves, they are perfect for any occasion, for a festive day, but also for a casual aperitif with friends, and they are made in just a few minutes.

Ingredients
- 10 slices bresaola (about 3.5 oz)
- 2.5 oz cream cheese
- 1 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- arugula
Preparation of Bresaola Baskets
Preheat the oven to 356°F (static mode).
While it heats up, prepare the filling.Place the cream cheese, Parmesan, and heavy cream in a mixer and run the appliance until you get a smooth mixture.
Take five aluminum food molds (or you can use a muffin tin) and arrange two slices of bresaola in each mold, pressing with your fingers to shape them into a basket.Bake the molds for five minutes, then remove them and let them cool slightly out of the oven.
Fill them with the prepared cheese cream and finish with a few arugula leaves.
Serve your bresaola baskets.
