You will need a loaf pan, some plastic wrap, and a few easy ingredients for a delicious appetizer to be served in slices, lighter than the salmon log, simpler than the Christmas log with three ingredients, but equally delicious.
Read on to learn how to make the bresaola log with the easy recipe below, as usual, right after the photo 😉

Ingredients
- 2.82 oz bresaola (sliced)
- 1 cup spreadable cheese (such as robiola, stracchino, ricotta, or other of your choice)
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 slice sandwich bread (rectangular or two square pieces)
Preparation of the Bresaola Log
Wash the arugula leaves, dry them, and chop them.
In a bowl, cream the spreadable cheese with the arugula until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap.Place slices of bresaola on the bottom, slightly overlapping them and covering the bottom and part of the sides of the pan.
Pour in the prepared cream, leveling it.
Cover the filling with the remaining bresaola slices, then with the sandwich bread, pressing slightly.Close the plastic wrap over the bread to seal the pan’s contents, and let it rest in the fridge for at least half an hour.
When ready to serve, remove the bresaola log from the pan, gently freeing it from the wrap, and turn it over onto a tray or serving plate.
