Ingredients

  • 14 oz Potatoes
  • 14 oz Broccoli
  • 7 oz Mozzarella
  • Parmesan (grated)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation of the Broccoli and Potato Casserole

  • Clean the broccoli: cut the florets and wash them under cold running water.

    Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and cook them for about ten minutes in plenty of salted water.

  • Add the broccoli florets and cook them for five minutes.

    Drain everything well to remove all the cooking water.

    Cut the mozzarella into cubes and mix it with the potatoes and broccoli in a bowl.

  • Grease a baking dish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

    Pour in the potato, broccoli, and mozzarella mixture and sprinkle with plenty of grated cheese.

  • Finish with another drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and bake in a hot oven at 356°F for half an hour, switching to grill mode in the last ten minutes of cooking.

    Remove from the oven and serve your broccoli and potato casserole.
