Ingredients
- 17.6 oz mascarpone
- 7.1 oz whipping cream
- 6.35 oz condensed milk
How to Make Camy Cream
In a bowl, whip the well-chilled cream from the refrigerator with electric beaters.
In another bowl, whip the mascarpone, gradually incorporating the condensed milk with electric beaters.When the mascarpone mixture is smooth, add the whipped cream spoon by spoon, incorporating it with a spatula using gentle movements from bottom to top, until creating a homogeneous mixture.
Use your camy cream immediately for your sweet preparations or as a spoon dessert.
It can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for a couple of days.
