Caprese cold pasta is a delicious summer main course, easy and quick to make, and very tasty.
A simple cold dish with few ingredients, perfect for the whole family, adults and children, which can be prepared in advance, stored in the refrigerator, and eaten even away from home, for example for lunch at the office or by the sea.

Ingredients
- 11 oz pasta
- 9 oz cherry tomatoes
- 7 oz mozzarella
- basil
- oregano
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Caprese Cold Pasta
Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half, and collect them in a bowl.
Season them with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle a bit of oregano, add some torn basil leaves by hand, and adjust the salt.Mix thoroughly and set aside.
Cut the mozzarella into pieces.
Cook the pasta al dente in plenty of boiling salted water.Drain it and rinse it under a stream of cold running water to cool it quickly and stop the cooking.
Transfer it to the bowl with the seasoned tomatoes, add the mozzarella pieces, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Mix thoroughly and serve your caprese cold pasta.
