Ingredients
- 4 slices rustic bread
- 7 oz burrata
- 9 oz cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- oregano
- arugula
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Caramelized Cherry Tomatoes and Burrata Bruschetta
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
Peel the garlic clove and place it in a large pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.Add the cherry tomatoes, season with salt, and add the brown sugar, white wine vinegar, and a bit of oregano. Cook them over low heat until they caramelize.
Cut the bread slices in half and toast them on a griddle or grill until golden on all sides.Place them on a serving platter and top with the caramelized cherry tomatoes.
Then add a spoonful of burrata over the cherry tomatoes and decorate with a leaf of arugula.
Serve immediately your caramelized cherry tomato bruschetta.
