The cheese Christmas tree is a tasty appetizer for Christmas or New Year’s Eve, easy to make, very delicious, and no cooking required.
A delightful centerpiece from which guests can serve themselves using small spatulas to enjoy it on crackers, pretzels, crostini, canapés, or whatever your imagination suggests, beautiful and scenic, perfect to enrich the holiday table.

Ingredients
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 6 oz ricotta
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- green olives (pitted)
- black olives (pitted)
- arugula
- soft cheese (such as Galbanino, Asiago, Fontina, Provola, etc., to make the star)
- salt
Preparation of the Cheese Christmas Tree
Place the cream cheese and ricotta in a bowl with a pinch of salt and mix them into a cream, stirring thoroughly.
Pour the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap, close it gently, and then shape it into a cone with your hands.Close the created cone tightly and let it rest in the freezer for half an hour.
Wash the arugula and chop it finely.
Remove the cheese cone from the wrap and cover it with the chopped arugula.
Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them into wedges, and remove the pulp and seeds.Cut the pitted olives in half.
Arrange the tomatoes and olives on the cheese cone, pressing gently to make them adhere.With a small star-shaped cookie cutter, cut out a small cheese star and place it on top of your cheese Christmas tree using a toothpick.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve, accompanied by pretzels or crackers.
