Cheese-stuffed chicken rolls are a tasty meat main course, easy to make and irresistible.

Ingredients
- 1.1 lb chicken breast (sliced)
- 4.2 oz bacon (sliced)
- 3.5 oz emmenthal cheese (sliced)
- 1 clove garlic
- rosemary
- sage
- chives
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of the cheese-stuffed chicken rolls
In a small bowl put one teaspoon of chopped rosemary, one teaspoon of chopped chives, one teaspoon of chopped sage, the chopped garlic clove and two tablespoons of salt, and mix well.
Arrange two slices of bacon side by side on the work surface.Place a slice of chicken on the bacon and then the cheese.
Season with the herb mixture, then roll up starting from one of the shorter edges along the long side.
Secure the roll with toothpicks so it keeps its shape.Prepare all the rolls this way and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle them with a little extra virgin olive oil and bake in a conventional oven at 356°F for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately, piping hot, your cheese-stuffed chicken rolls.
