Ingredients
- 4 leaves lettuce
- 9 oz cherry tomatoes
- Half red onion
- oregano
- white wine vinegar
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Cherry Tomato Salad in Lettuce Leaves
Clean the onion, chop it into small pieces, gathering everything in a bowl.
Drizzle it with a tablespoon of white wine vinegar and cover it with cold water.
Let it rest.Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and place them in a glass or bowl.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into wedges.
Distribute the cherry tomato wedges in the lettuce leaves.Drain the onion well, place it on the cherry tomatoes and season everything with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt, and oregano.
Serve your cherry tomato salad in lettuce leaves.
