Chestnut and chocolate truffles are delightful little sweets, easy and quick to make and very indulgent.
Made with boiled chestnuts and dark chocolate, they are irresistible—one after another—and they are easily prepared in a few minutes with a simple recipe.

Ingredients
- 9 oz boiled chestnuts (click for the recipe to make them at home)
- 2 oz dark chocolate
- 3.5 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- unsweetened cocoa powder
Preparation of the chestnut and chocolate truffles
Coarsely chop the boiled chestnuts and place them in a food processor.
Roughly chop the chocolate and add it to the chestnuts.
Add the butter in pieces and the sugar, then run the appliance until you have a dense, compact mixture.
Put a little unsweetened cocoa powder on a plate.
Take small amounts of the prepared mixture and form small balls.
Roll them in the unsweetened cocoa powder so they are covered on all sides.
Place your chestnut and chocolate truffles in paper cups and serve.
