Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs chicken breast
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 clove garlic (optional)
- parsley
- breadcrumbs
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparing the Chicken Meatballs in Air Fryer
Mince the chicken breast.
Place it in a bowl and add the egg, minced garlic clove, minced parsley, grated cheese, two tablespoons of breadcrumbs, and a pinch of salt, and mix thoroughly.Let it rest for twenty minutes to allow the flavors to blend well.
After the resting time, place some more breadcrumbs on a flat plate.
Form walnut-sized balls and roll them in the breadcrumbs so that they are covered on all sides.Place the created meatballs in the air fryer basket, spray them with a bit of extra virgin olive oil, and cook them at 356°F for twenty minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
Serve your chicken meatballs in the air fryer immediately, hot.
