Chocolate and Yogurt Mousse

Chocolate and yogurt mousse is a delicious spoon dessert that is very easy and quick to prepare.

With dark or milk chocolate, regular or Greek yogurt for a denser mousse, without eggs, it is a perfect dessert as a meal finale or for a snack for adults and children, very easy to make and very delicious, to customize as you like with the addition of strawberries or red fruits, chocolate flakes, or whatever you prefer.

Ingredients

  • 4.8 oz chocolate (dark or milk)
  • 1 1/4 cups plain yogurt (regular or Greek for a denser mousse)

How to Prepare Chocolate and Yogurt Mousse

  • Chop the chocolate and melt it in the microwave for a couple of minutes, or in a double boiler.
    Place the yogurt in a bowl, add the melted chocolate, and briefly mix with whisks to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

  • Divide the obtained mixture into four cups, cover them with some plastic wrap, and let them rest for at least a couple of hours in the refrigerator.

  • Serve your chocolate and yogurt mousse decorating it as you like with strawberries, or other fruits or chocolate flakes according to your creativity and tastes.
