Chocolate Cake in Air Fryer

The chocolate cake in the air fryer is a delightful pantry cake, easy and quick to make.

Simple ingredients, almost always available in the pantry, without oil and butter, and quick baking thanks to the air fryer for a soft cake perfect for breakfast, snack, or as a dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 5.3 oz sugar
  • 0.4 cups milk
  • 0.8 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2.8 tsp baking powder
  • powdered sugar (for decoration)

Preparation of the chocolate cake in the air fryer

  • In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar.
    Add the flour and unsweetened cocoa powder, alternating with the milk in a thin stream, always mixing with the electric mixer.

  • Finally, add the baking powder.
    Pour everything into a greased and floured cake pan suitable for the air fryer, and bake at 356°F for twenty-five minutes.

  • Remove from the oven, let it cool completely, and transfer the cake to a serving plate.
    Finish with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and serve your chocolate cake in the air fryer.
