- 0.75 cup milk
- 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- Half packet baking powder

- 3.5 oz dark chocolate

- 1 Donut mold
Chocolate Donut Preparation
In a large bowl, pour 150 ml of milk, the egg, oil, and vanilla extract, and mix them with a whisk.
In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, and baking powder, and make a well in the center.Pour the egg and milk mixture into the well, stirring with the whisk until you have a smooth and homogeneous mixture without lumps.
Pour the mixture into the donut mold, filling each portion up to two-thirds of its capacity.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for ten minutes, then remove and let cool.Meanwhile, chop the dark chocolate. Place it in a saucepan with the remaining milk and melt it over low heat.
Transfer the donuts to a rack, decorate them with the chocolate mixture, and sprinkle them immediately with colored sprinkles, so they stick to the chocolate while it is still warm.
Serve your donuts.
