The chocolate pound cake is a delicious and soft dessert, easy to prepare.
This is a recipe that dates back to the 1700s and its origin is disputed between England, France, and Germany. The original recipe used only 4 ingredients in equal amounts, but over time the recipe has been modified with the use of different quantities.
In this delicious chocolate version, there is the addition of ganache, which makes this soft and fragrant dessert even more irresistible, perfect as a dessert, perhaps after Sunday lunch or for a snack.
