With a serrated knife (16), starting from the sides of the breadstick, cut diagonally towards the outside, the top three slices of bread, from one side (17) and the other (18).
Position the two largest removed bread parts to form the roof (19) and fill the created gaps with cream cheese (20, 21).
Cut the breadsticks to form the shingles that will cover the roof (22, 23, 24).
Take the cracker (26) and spread it with cheese on one side (27).
Attach it with the cheese-spread side to the house to make the door (28) and spread the remaining cream cheese on the roof to simulate snow (29).
Place the house in the center of a plate, surround it with cured meats, olives, cheese chunks, and cut breadsticks (30) and serve your appetizer house (you can slice it in the space between one breadstick and another).
