The coffee milkshake is a cold, creamy and refreshing drink, easy and quick to prepare.
Made with coffee, milk, and ice, it’s especially appreciated during the summer months, on the hottest and most humid days, as a snack, for a sweet break, or even at breakfast, perfect for cooling down and re-energizing.
The term milkshake comes from the French verb frapper (to strike), meaning “chilled,” and originally referred to a cold or iced drink. A milkshake is a cold drink made by blending milk, ice cream, or ice, and ingredients like fruit, coffee, cocoa, or syrups, until a creamy mixture is obtained.
