Ingredients
- 8.8 oz crab meat
- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk celery
- lettuce
- 5.3 oz Greek yogurt
- 2 tsps mayonnaise
- lemon juice
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation of Crab Meat Salad
Put the Greek yogurt in a bowl.
Add the juice of half a lemon, two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil,
the mayonnaise, salt, and pepper, and mix with a whisk to blend the sauce and make it homogeneous.
Shred the crab meat, placing it in a bowl, and season it with some lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, and salt.Peel the carrot and cut it into julienne strips.
Wash the celery and cut it into thin slices, removing the strings.
Add carrot and celery to the crab meat.Also add the yogurt sauce, mix thoroughly, and adjust salt.
Place the well-washed lettuce leaves on a serving platter or in individual bowls, place the crab meat salad on top, and serve.
