Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 2/3 cups whipping cream
- 1/3 cups vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- Nutella
- powdered sugar (for decoration)
How to Make Cream and Nutella Cake
In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the eggs with the sugar for at least five minutes, until you get a light and quite fluffy mixture.
Gradually add the whipping cream while still using the electric mixer.Then add the vegetable oil, still gradually using the electric mixer, and finally the flour and baking powder.
Butter and flour a 9-inch diameter cake pan and pour in the prepared mixture, which will appear quite thick.
Gently level it with a spatula and distribute Nutella over it in spoonfuls.Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for thirty minutes.
Do the toothpick test: insert a toothpick into the cake, and it should come out dry; if not, extend the cooking time a little longer.Once cooked, remove from the oven and let your cream and Nutella cake cool in the pan before transferring it to a serving plate or tray.
Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top as desired and serve.
