Simple and genuine ingredients, measured with a simple glass (like a water glass, 200 cc), without using the scale, an extremely easy procedure to follow to get a delicious and soft donut, perfect for breakfast, snack or even as a tasty dessert, loved by everyone, adults and children alike.

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 glass Sugar
  • 1 glass Fresh liquid cream
  • 1 glass Seed oil
  • 3 glasses Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • Powdered sugar (for decoration)

Preparation of the Cream Donut

  • In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar using electric whisks until light and frothy.

    Continue using the electric whisks and gradually add the fresh liquid cream and seed oil.

  • Add the sifted flour and baking powder, incorporating them with a spatula using upward movements.

    Butter and flour a 9.5-inch diameter donut pan and pour the prepared mixture into it.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F in static mode for thirty to thirty-five minutes, checking the cooking with a toothpick after the first half-hour, which should come out dry when inserted into the cake.

    Remove from the oven, let cool, and transfer your cream donut to a serving dish.

    Decorate as desired with powdered sugar.
