Creamy Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients

  • 11 oz pasta
  • 10.5 oz champignon mushrooms
  • 7 fl oz cooking cream
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 onion
  • parsley
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparation of creamy mushroom pasta

  • Put a pot full of water on the stove for cooking the pasta.
    Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel to remove soil residues, cut the roots, and slice them.
    Clean the onion and slice it thinly.

  • In a large pan or wok, pour some extra virgin olive oil.
    Sauté the onion and then add the mushrooms, stirring to let them absorb the flavors.
    As soon as the water comes to a boil, add salt and proceed with cooking the pasta.

  • Meanwhile, add the tomato paste to the mushrooms and stir, then add the cream and mix thoroughly to make the sauce uniform.
    Drain the pasta al dente, add it to the sauce in the pan, stirring well and thoroughly.
    Serve your creamy mushroom pasta hot, sprinkling with chopped parsley, if desired.
