Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 packet baking powder
- Nutella
- powdered sugar (for decoration)
Preparation of the donut cake with Nutella in air fryer
To prepare the donut cake with Nutella in an air fryer, put the eggs, sugar, milk, and vegetable oil in a bowl and mix them with a whisk.
Add the flour and baking powder without stopping mixing until you get a smooth and lump-free mixture.
Grease and flour a 9-inch diameter bundt pan suitable for air fryer cooking.Pour the prepared mixture into it.
Decorate with small spoons of Nutella scattered on the surface of the mixture.
Preheat the air fryer to 320°F.Place the pan in the fryer basket and cook the donut cake for thirty minutes.
Check the doneness with a skewer that should come out dry when inserted into the cake, otherwise continue cooking for a few more minutes.
Remove from fryer, let it cool, and transfer your donut cake onto a tray or serving dish.
Decorate as desired with powdered sugar and serve.
