Easter baked pasta is a very tasty and easy-to-make first course.
Peas, cooked ham, béchamel and hard-boiled eggs — a few simple ingredients for a rich and very easy first course, perfect to prepare in advance and great to celebrate Easter.

Ingredients
- 18 oz pasta
- 1 1/2 cups peas
- 7 oz cooked ham
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 1/8 cups béchamel
- 1/2 cup Grana Padano (grated)
Preparation of Easter Baked Pasta
Cook the peas in boiling water for ten minutes.
Cut the ham into pieces.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water for a few minutes less than the cooking time indicated on the package.Drain the pasta, put it in a bowl, add the boiled peas, the ham, half of the grated cheese and the béchamel and mix thoroughly.
Pour everything into a large baking dish.
Decorate the surface with the hard-boiled eggs sliced and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.Bake in a preheated convection oven at 392°F for twenty minutes or until the top is golden to your liking.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly and serve your Easter baked pasta.
