The fake potato flatbread is a tasty dish that is easy to make and very delicious.
A base made with thin slices of potatoes that encloses a tasty filling, perfect as an appetizer, main course, or single dish, for a party, informal dinner, quick meal, snack, or savory snack, etc.

Ingredients
- 1 lb potatoes
- 5 oz Parmesan cheese (grated)
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- cherry tomatoes
- prosciutto
- mozzarella
- arugula
Preparation of the Fake Potato Flatbread
Peel the potatoes, wash them under running water, and slice them with a mandoline or a smooth-bladed knife into very thin slices.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brush a little oil on the paper forming circles about eight inches wide and cover them with the potato slices slightly overlapping each other.Season with a pinch of salt and cover them completely with grated Parmesan.
Bake in a static oven at 375°F for about thirty minutes, until golden.Remove from the oven and blot the cooking bottom created with kitchen paper, then let the potatoes cool slightly, gently detach them from the parchment paper, and place them on a plate with the cheese side facing the plate itself.
Stuff as desired or with the ingredients suggested in the recipe, fold them over themselves and serve.
Notes
You can stuff your potato flatbread as you like, for example with ham and cheese, speck and mozzarella, grilled vegetables, etc.
