Ingredients
- 2 fennel bulbs
- 2.82 oz parmesan (in flakes)
- 2.82 oz walnut kernels
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Fennel and Parmesan Salad
Wash the fennel bulbs and slice them thinly with the help of a mandoline.
Place them in a bowl and add the walnut kernels and parmesan flakes.
Dress with three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt, and mix gently.
Serve your fennel and parmesan salad.
