Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 7.1 oz zucchini flowers
- 1/2 cup cheese (grated)
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of the Frittata with Zucchini Flowers
Clean the zucchini flowers by removing the stem and pistil and wash under a stream of cold running water.
Dry them and cut them into strips.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and incorporate the grated cheese.In a large pan, heat some extra virgin olive oil and add the zucchini flowers.
Let them cook for a minute then pour the egg mixture over the zucchini flowers, distributing it evenly.Lower the heat and let it cook for ten minutes, then flip your frittata with zucchini flowers and let it cook for another minute.
Serve warm or cold, according to your taste.
