Ingredients
- 28.2 oz potato gnocchetti
- 7 oz sausage
- 4.4 oz stracchino
- Half onion
- 1/4 cup white wine
- parsley
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of gnocchi with sausage and stracchino
Remove the casing from the sausage, crumble it, and set it aside.
Chop the onion.
In a large pan, heat a bit of extra virgin olive oil and sauté the chopped onion.Add the crumbled sausage and brown it on all sides.
Deglaze with white wine, let the alcohol evaporate, and add the stracchino, stirring well to create a homogeneous mixture.
Cook the gnocchetti in abundant salted boiling water.When they float to the surface, remove them with a slotted spoon and add them to the prepared sauce in the pan, mix thoroughly, adding a little cooking water from the gnocchetti if necessary.
Serve immediately, hot, your gnocchi with sausage and stracchino, sprinkled with some chopped parsley to taste.
