Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1.76 oz cooked ham
  • 1.41 oz mozzarella
  • 3 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 0.71 oz arugula
  • 0.35 oz Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of the Gourmet Ham and Sun-Dried Tomato Sandwich

  • Put the well-washed arugula in a blender with the grated cheese and a little extra virgin olive oil and blend everything until you have a smooth cream.

  • Toast the slices of bread on a hot grill for a few minutes on each side.
    Spread the arugula mixture on one slice of bread and fill with the cooked ham, thinly sliced mozzarella, and well-drained sun-dried tomatoes.

  • Cover with the other slice of bread on which you have spread the arugula mixture, placing the seasoned side on the sandwich filling.
    Serve your gourmet ham and sun-dried tomato sandwich immediately.
