Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes
- 3.5 oz feta
- 1 cucumber
- 1.4 oz black olives
- Half red onion
- oregano
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Greek Stuffed Tomatoes
Wash the tomatoes, cut off the top, and gently hollow them out using a spoon.
Peel the cucumber and cut it into pieces.Place it in a bowl.
Thinly slice the onion and add it to the cucumbers.
Add the diced feta, black olives, and season everything with oregano, extra virgin olive oil, and salt.Gently mix, then use the prepared mixture to stuff the tomatoes.
Serve your Greek stuffed tomatoes immediately.
