Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs green beans
- 3 anchovies
- Half clove garlic
- parsley
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Green Beans Genovese Style
Wash the green beans, trim them, and cook them in salted boiling water for ten minutes.
Drain them and set aside.Chop the anchovies, half clove of garlic, and parsley.
Heat a little oil in a large pan, add the chopped mixture and let it cook for five minutes.Add the green beans, adjust the salt, and cook for a few more minutes, stirring thoroughly to let them absorb the flavor.
Serve your green beans Genovese style immediately.
