Ingredients

  • 5.3 oz pavesini
  • 8.8 oz mascarpone
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • milk

Preparation of the Heavenly Pavesini Roll

  • In a large bowl, pour the mascarpone and powdered sugar and beat with an electric mixer until creamy.
Gradually add the liquid whipping cream, still cold from the refrigerator, while continuing to beat until you get a thick and firm mixture.

  • Set aside.
Place two slightly overlapping sheets of plastic wrap on the work surface.

  • Quickly dip the pavesini in cold milk and arrange them side by side on the plastic wrap in five neat rows of 12 pieces (1).
Put the previously prepared cream in a piping bag and distribute it over the pavesini base (2), then level it with a spatula to make it even and cover the base itself.
With the help of the underlying plastic wrap, gently roll the pavesini over the cream and close the obtained roll in the wrap itself (3).

  • Let the heavenly pavesini roll rest in the refrigerator for at least three hours, or in the freezer for one hour.
Remove the wrap, cut into slices, and serve.
